Re-enactments

These shows typically offer vingettes or compilations of famous and not so famous hauntings. An entire episode may be dedicated to one story, while other will have one per segment. These don't fall under Reality TV because actors recreate the events depicted, even though actual witnesses or historical researchers may be interviewed. They do not fall under fiction because, because they are based on actual events.
