Owatonna, MN: West Hills School

Type	Business: School and orphanage
Brief	We were called in because the employees reported seeing apparitions, someone had a baseball thrown at them, footsteps, lights turning on and off, phones in the basement would call the local 911 center. MNPIG was called into investigate Summer 2002.
Results	We found the place to have paranormal activity relating to children and teachers who lived or worked there previously. For the most part determined that the spirits of the children are at peace. We believe it would be included in a Top Five place of haunted locations in Minnesota.
