There was nothing behind the headstone when this was taken nor was it foggy outside. It was a clear night. The red light in the background is a reflection of the flash off of a stop sign. The green streak to the right of the stop sign is a street sign.
This is a blow up photo of that headstone with a “face.” Some people have said that they see a face looking at them and other's see a profile of a face looking to the right of the photo.
